Experience her at home and out in real life for up to seven days after delivery

3. Decide with Confidence
Keep her, or contact us within seven days of delivery to start your return.
 
Eligibility
The Cover Story Test Drive™ is available to customers making their first Cover Story topper purchase.
One topper is eligible per first-time buyer. If your first order includes more than one topper, only one may be worn during the Test Drive.
 
During Your Test Drive
The Cover Story Test Drive™ is offered in good faith, and we trust our Cover Story Gals to enjoy their week with her while handling her gently and thoughtfully.
You may lightly style the hair with heat tools set to 300°F or below.

Please do not:

• Wash, wet, cut, color, tone, or chemically process the topper

• Apply perfume, hairspray, dry shampoo, root spray, hair fibers, oils, or heavy styling products

• Sleep, lie down, shower, swim, or exercise while wearing her

• Alter the clips, base, lace, or construction
   

Starting a Return
Contact contact@coverstoryhair.com within seven calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will send your return instructions and a prepaid return label.
The topper must be received by Cover Story within 21 calendar days of the original delivery date.
 
Return Condition
To qualify for a full refund, the topper must be returned in excellent, gently handled condition with the original packaging, tags, and any items included with your topper.
Returned toppers are inspected. Cover Story may decline a refund if a topper is returned damaged, altered, scented, heavily styled, missing required items, or otherwise outside the Test Drive conditions.
If there is a concern with the condition of your return, we will contact you before determining refund eligibility.
 
Refunds
Approved Test Drive returns will receive a full refund of the topper purchase price and applicable sales tax to the original payment method.
There is no restocking or return handling fee, and Cover Story will provide the prepaid return label.
 
Is This a Free Trial?
No. The Cover Story Test Drive™ is a return option created to give first-time buyers the opportunity to experience one topper in real life before making a final decision.
Cover Story may modify or discontinue the Test Drive™ for future purchases at any time. Changes will not affect an eligible order placed before the change takes effect.
