These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CoverStoryHair.com and purchases made from Bright Mink, LLC, doing business as Cover Story Hair. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to present our products, colors, dimensions, textures, features, and photographs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Because our products contain human hair, slight variations may naturally occur.

Individual results, fit, appearance, and blending will vary depending on factors such as the wearer’s natural hair, application, styling, and care. Cover Story Hair products are cosmetic beauty products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure hair loss or any medical condition.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order because of unavailable inventory, payment problems, suspected fraud, an incorrect price or product description, or another reasonable business concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be shown during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, costs, and other shipping information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Cover Story Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or packages affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights provided by applicable law.

Returns and Test Drive

Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, and Test Drive purchases are governed by the Return & Test Drive Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before ordering. Returned products must meet the stated deadlines, condition requirements, packaging requirements, and eligibility rules to qualify for a refund.

Product Care and Alterations

Customers should follow all care, heat, attachment, storage, and handling instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Cutting, coloring, bleaching, chemically treating, permanently altering, damaging, or improperly caring for a product may affect its condition and return eligibility.

The Cover Story Hair name, logo, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, product names, designs, and other original website materials belong to Bright Mink, LLC or are used with permission.

If you voluntarily upload or submit photographs, before-and-after images, videos, testimonials, reviews, or other content to Cover Story, you retain ownership of your content.

By submitting that content, you give Cover Story a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, crop, display, publish, and share it in connection with Cover Story, including on our website, social media, email, advertising, and other promotional materials.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that you have permission from any other identifiable person appearing in it.

Cover Story is not required to publish or use submitted content and may remove it from our channels at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bright Mink, LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
