Every Cover Story piece is carefully packed to arrive beautifully, securely, and ready to wear.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll let you know by email.

Shipping Method

Cover Story ships within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.

Once accepted by USPS, Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours after your package is scanned by USPS for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Cover Story cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make the correction before your order ships.

Delivery Delays

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is in the carrier’s hands.

Weather, holidays, regional disruptions, and other carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery. If your package is running late, your USPS tracking information will usually provide the most current update.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check your mailbox, porch, side or rear entrances, building office, and with anyone else in your household or nearby neighbors.

If it still cannot be located, contact USPS with your tracking number to begin a missing-package inquiry.

You’re also welcome to contact Cover Story and we’ll assist where we can. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging, interior packaging, and product condition as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
